Laser Projector case

i guys!
i have to build a 1,5W RGB laser projector (800mw 635nm - 300mw green & 400mw blue)

i'm whatching about a complete oem laser case with ILDA + DMX board but i found only laserworld oem series...

has anyone some links to builders?

Spacelas can deliver you a casing with dmx board

You'd get a better colour balance and save enough money for the case if you used 800mW of 650 red.

Where can you get 800mw of 650nm with a beam smaller than your finger?

Hahaha the same place you can get 800mW of 635 with a beam smaller than your finger.

i got one this week and its not as bad as i thought the only thing is that its only 5k analog but that should be enough

the size of the beam isnt that bad it is a rectangle but they all are but it will fit on the galvo mirrors its way better than my 2.5 melles

From the data on the ebay page:

Beam Height From Base Plate: 55mm
Beam Height At Aperature (1/e2 Representative Value)：～6.0mm

so i just had a chance meter the 800mw 650 and it was doing 860mw give or take a few mw

maybe... has anyone a CAD project for building a projector CASE? i have a friend with numeric control machines!
