    Default Really cheap DAC and software bundle..

    Just curious if anyone here knows anything about these units. I ran across them today, and they seem like a really good deal at $160US + shipping.. I'm considering getting one, but I'd like to know more from anyone who may have used them before.

    Most people who buy them, well, they commit suicide about a day after they get them..

    REALLY AWEFUL PACKAGE>

    for 180$ you can get a riya micro and freeware or low costware like speghetti and do far better. You can do better with a modded sound card dac compared to the chinese departmrnt store stuff.

    That bad, huh? Wow.. I have a sound card DAC now, and honestly I was blown away when i saw how well it worked. I was pretty skeptical at first, but really they seem to do alright. You're saying that these don't do nearly that well?

    EDIT: just found another thread on here about this system.. I think I'll be ditching that plan. Thanks Steve..

    IF you are on the cheap you can get a RIYA from riyalasers.com but beware the shipping costs from Ukraine are expensive, and the payment methods weird too. That being said I like my RIYA micro, but will probably be getting a pangolin for my next DAC just for the customer service alone.
