Question What the hell have LEP-Laser done to this Kvant!?!?

Don't know what it is about LaserWorld front companies, but they're now even "turbo charging" other manufacturer's projectors!

Check out this Kvant that's now (apparently) doing 3w...

For those of you who's German is as bad as mine, Google Translates the listing thus :-

    Illustrations, technical changes reserved.
    product Description
Here sells an absolutely like new demo unit, no optical wear and a few hours is gone. The system has been fully reconditioned. Unit is in excellent condition!

    properties:
    Performance guarantees (by the looks!):> 250mW @ 637nm red;> 330mW @ 532nm Green;> 880mW @ 445nm blue
Output max. (to the laser sources!): 3W RGB
    LM Scanner system: 28kpps @ 8 ° ILDA

Now unless I'm missing something in translation or just through a general stupidity filtering malfunction, they've used a hell of a lot of 'Handwavium' to get 250mw+330mw+880mw to add up to 3W!

Needless to say, I won't be bidding...
If in doubt... Give it a clout?

3W before optics 1,46W after optics seems like typical 50% reflect / pass dichro's :P

Wonder if it is close enough to double 1342.

That was exactly what I was thinking (your 1342nm laser), they don't say what angle it is cut at so it is hard to say what type of phase matching they use, but some combination of angle/temperature tuning should do it...

If the x-tal above goes for a silly price; I've got one tucked away somewhere I would be willing to part with.
I'll dig out the exact specs if anyone is interested in it. It is a French x-tal, brand new, fairly sure it has the cut angle written on it, suitable for LSCP's et. al.
