    Nige,
I agree, but it does have a "buy it now price" of 99p. So if you wanted it you could buy it now for 99p and pay. The according to eBay terms and conditions this is a contract of sale and would stand up to legal scrutiny under English law. Sorry I forgot you are in Scotland lol

at the very least they should be kicked off for trying to do the sale at a low list price to save money and cheat the ebay rules.....
In other news I had a message today off my pal Les from LM productions, he was doing a laser show in Brighton and a guy came up to him and said he just sold a laser to a guy called Rob Stanley - he was relieved as he said it would have cost him a shed load to dispose of.....

If you need to ask the question 'whats so good about a laser' - you won't understand the answer.

Yeah, I know they are pretty much just advertising it via ebay, Maybe we should do "Buy it now" and then I'll get a solicitors letter sent to them when they won't sell it to us.

Surely what they are doing breaches ebay's t&c's they should be taught a lesson!

Not actually ebay, but I thought some of you guys might like this, 6810p for $50 each, supposedly unused. Even comes with a nice mystery mirror.
