    Sorry Pete, but if you need to ask these questions you do not wanna be buying a Laserscope, really you don't. Best put it to the back of your mind and forget you ever saw it, please.

    But to answer your question, they are a 532nm laser probably capable of outputting around ~40 watts in Q Switched mode.

    Neither. It's a flashlamp-pumped YAG laser (note: YAG is not the same as DPSS) with a KTP doubling stage to produce green. They are Q-switched, which means the output is pulsed. They are also *really* freakin' dangerous. Peak pulse power is many kilowatts.

    As Jeremy said above, you don't want this laser.
