Some new Opnext 445nm diodes in the wild...

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/Brand-New-OP...item2a13e354e5

HL45023TG, advertised as single mode 80mW. Not sure if the beam quality would be any better than the Nichia diodes, Opnext does't specify any emitter size.

Buyer beware. This same auction has been repeated now, every day, but different user. Each ebay user has good feedback but the email in the auction is the same. I emailed this guy, tried to call his bluff and got nothing. Without a doubt, a scam. Looks like he is using hacked ebay accounts to post this auction. Again, buyer beware.

it is pretty useless as a spectrometer, but has a nice optical table and a ton of decent stages
