hehe.. yeah, mini-Argons 'r kewl.. Tip: if anybody jumps on it, the lens / barrel from a fiber Output-coupler makes a great cheapie-collimator for these (typically.. may-require some mods / experimentation..) ..with such a short resonator, and 'goal' of raw output-power over beam-quality (since they're only dumping into a fiber..) these little short-busses aren't known for great beam-qual, but they can, indeed, be 'turned' for small-sho use, with a little werk... ..but, sounds like either the V-sense circuit doesn't 'like' the tube-pressure V-feedback, or there's some chip gone off the ranch, dunno...

Its an argon tube with control and according to the seller it did only 400 hours.

That's an ILT 5500, complete with near-original power supply AND working remote, even with the light feedback circuit intact.

For show use, I'd throw in some multi-line optics though. The 5500 should be able to do a generous 500-750mW on all lines when she's in good condition.
