I looked(quickly) at the heruur listings at EBid and did not see any that were the same as Tony (goodgadgets2U)on Ebay- Same town and items of a similar nature but other than that -- not the same seller.

..Would prolly be great for remote-broadband for 'broadcasting video of LEMS', dedicated onsite Inet base-station for gigs (vs having to rely on wimpy site wi-fi, etc) etc, etc The thing really-rocked with the Sierra 881, from ATT.. I'm sure others would do just as-well..

I'm not certain, but believe that Phil and I bought that same tube awhile ago. I found it to behave strangely so returned it. There were serious slow power fluctuations possibly due to having the wrong mirrors. And the power was declining despite being new in every respect easy start, perfect discharge color, etc. (perhaps because it was so new). As you can see, Phil has been outbid this time and we have no intention of going higher.

I do have 3 like new yellow HeNe heads: 2.75, 4.6, 4.75 mW. These are pricey, but for those die-hard wavelength jocks, that should be no excuse!. Yellow HeNes are becoming harder to find. And one has a small (but stable) amount of 604 nm thrown in free of charge. So, you get two wavelengths for the price of one!

Compared to puke-green DPSS 561 nm, HeNe yellow 594 nm is so beautiful. ;-) Just got testing one of those - 50 mW, 561 nm, SLM, nice laser but
the color sucks.

Not having a lot of yellow lasers lying around I would luv to see a comparison of those 2 colors .. Can you fire up a 577 beside a 594 and take a pic for us Sam?
