three phase is a bit rough.
i'm waiting for my engraver to arrive. when here, i'll check it for functionality and decided how to proceed. i was told that it had the fiber laser, but not the pump for it. i do know it has 6800's, amps, and the f-theta.
there's also some temptation to fiber feed IR from a 'scope through it. we'll see.

I popped the lamp cavity and the gold plating looks good on both lasers, but I'm unable to test... because of office politics and the internal shipping fee to haul them across campus. Heads are 75 pounds or so and PSU is 340 pounds each with the water to water re-circulators in the 19" racks.. Even have the head crate (1 pallet) and PSUs (would be another pallet) Even have the manuals for once... If you want to play the PSU lottery, well there are two complete lasers, and That's up to you. Certainly need new lamp clips (130$ a set), probably a new lamp, and DI filters...

I have officially have corporate nothing to do with them, but I did look at them, and decided more IR lasers were something I did not need... Although these were/are the Ferrari of industrial lamp pumped lasers. They were gifted to my academic employer by a big local company as a tax write-off, but probably never used once here.

suppose you're thinkin' about a plate o' shrimp. Suddenly someone'll say, like, plate, or shrimp, or plate o' shrimp out of the blue, no explanation. No point in lookin' for one, either. It's all part of a cosmic unconciousness.
