I see everyone on here talk about speed when it comes to galvos. Looking on camtech.com i do not see any ref to speed. http://www.camtech.com/products/6450/6350.html
there's a cheap set on ebay that comes with a block but no galvo boards.

Curious what some of you think of these galvos. Worth looking into them?

    thank you in advance.

Cambtech rates their galvos in small step time and large step time. As well as shaft inertia. ILDA speeds have no meaning to non laserist customers.

Go back and compare the numbers on the 6210s(fastest) or 6800s(old standard for 30K)

A quick rule of thumb, 1 divided by the small step time is a frequency, that frequency times .707 or .333 depending on whom you talk to, is roughly the PPS at a small angle.
