I would guess (according to the datahsheet) that 300mA is a good number

You were sent an email from your payment processor (in this case paypal) with the shipping details and tracking number. You can use this to track the shipment. In your case it is still en route.

According to the tracking service mine hasn't gotten anywhere at all. Not even to the post office.

Yours just got in the mail today, included were the FlexMods and red LasOrbs. So give it a day or so and it should show up in the system.

My diodes arrived today. Notification went into my spam filter. I havent opened the hermetically sealed package. Do these fit in aixiz modules?

Still waiting on lasorbs from pangolin???

So, since no one has taken the time to take a photo of their progress... I decided to post my progress up here...

Here's my first diode up and running at a cool 260mA (prolly ~240mA to the diode) with a LASORB installed
