    just a thought
Hmmmm - you may have a good point there Chris, not only that, the flame from the gas burner may well cause toxic fume as it burns the fog juice.

    Electric it is!

We will just have to go steady on the sound systems in place, and not to run too many gassers and extra lighting at the same time.

As like the first year, I can happily bring my 2 house speakers and my NAD ampand if you want to patch into it then as long as you bring the correct leads with you, you are more than welcome. Twin stereo phono plugs (red & white type that most amp have at the rear) into whatever your lappy/Ipod takes. I already have 2 of these such leads, one about 1.5m and one at 500mm.

Ya don't need all them fancy soundsystem thingies that'll blow our brains out and we'll not be able to talk over (am I getting old ).

I'll bring my little Bose soundocky thingy that I brought to Leicester. We can get some Barry Manilow on... ,

Note: that's a joke for all our American friends who happened to be watching the web streaming when Barry came over the speakers, I still don't know how he got onto my playlist

    Cheers

    Exclamation

    Steady on chaps.
At this rate the music will be reaching the levels of those damn yankees and we won't be able to hear the gentle chink of fine china tea cups as we have our afternoon Lapsang Souchong.

Tch... You young'uns today have no culture

Back in my day we innocently listened to music from Mr Glitter and Jonothan King ... on the other hand, perhaps you're right... Dodgy music indeed
