how can i copy time line file to another another show file
any help will be great

I think if you go to "File"->"New Show" it will ask you if you want to include some or all of the elements from the show you are "leaving". I am taking a guess you could keep the time line intact this way.

Actually now that I try it; it doesn't work... but you could always rename your file, save as, and go from there unless you are trying to add two shows together; then there is a new thred around here somewhere about that.
