I think Bill would appreciate if you communicate these things directly with him
The whole point of this type of beta test is its supposed to be secret as the developers don't want others seeing what they're doing until all the patents and everything are in place and until its too late for anyone to copy anything.
Maybe lex should delete his link to the log.

Evening!
Killed that link. But think if you want to rip the programme, your prpbably there already
Just trying to link up to make it better. Suggestions for info swapping please?
Lex
As has already been said, send the bug reports to Bill or whoever the contact is at Pango.
I'm pretty sure they would rather have a dozen reports of the same thing than having their beta software discussed in public forums. After all it is only Pango that can fix the bugs so nobody else needs to know about them.
Jim
I can only hope that Bill doesn't give people with that attitude software to beta test.
The whole point of beta testing is to FIND the faults and flaws and report them back to the developer so THEY CAN sort them out BEFORE it gets released to the paying users.
What point is there in putting the bugs in an open forum, nobody here can address the issues. IF there was something dangerous or something that could damage your PC or laser then telling Pango would also be the way to go, as all the testers are not necessary members of this forum, telling Bill would allow him to notify ALL the testers.
Jim
I should clarify: first disclosure should go to Pangolin; if they fail to act in a timely fashion, full disclosure is then the appropriate action.
If there was (and note again: there's no indication that there exists such a bug) some kind of safety flaw in QuickShow then telling people who are using that software quickly is absolutely essential. I imagine that Pangolin take this as seriously as I do- a notification of the flaw would be sent immediately to all testers. If they failed to do so, well, on their own head be it.
