should i short pin 34 and 35 for normal operation?

    and

how do i messure tube current?

    so many questions

tube current should be a black and red meter jack on the side of the head, push the button to read it. If that is not there, there is a .1 ohm resistor inside the head for I tube. use a battery powered voltmeter when working on these, they are "hot chassis" construction and much of the circuit is 80-200Volts above earth ground.

my non working 60x head has these b/r jacks on the side
but my 60b head donīt. itīs on the psu:s "control" connector
the manual says that the current is messured over a 0.05 ohm resistor
but it doesnīt say if 1volt is 10 amp or maby 3volt is 10amp??
do you know what the meter should read at 10 amp?

i know my electronic skills should be better

the manual says that the current is messured over a 0.05 ohm resistor. Since the resistor is in series with the tube, it is called a current shunt.
    So ohms law applies.
    Ohms law.

    e = I x R

60 series low end is 4 amps , assume you find the resistor and it does measure .05 ohms.

    So at 4 amps
    .05 x 4 = .2V

    lets do 5 amps

    .05 x 5 = .25 V

    6 amps, = .3V

so scale factor would be .05 Volts, ie 500 millivolts, per amp.

Hi the metal box in the PSU shown is a main filter , for using the GoldBox on 230V net you need a transformator 230V / 110 V
I have such a PSU but not working and I seek's a service manual
    Best regards
