either way,, its a good idea, keeping the bass stack together , will yield more bass anyways (at the expense of stereo / channel seperation)...
    for a D.J. , its a tradeoff i would also consider

Yup, I forgot to add that..

I agree with you, which is why I suggest adding them to an existing setup instead of using them as the main bass speakers. Although, I have seen it done the other way and it sounded great, but it was rave music, so that might explain why it worked out in that setting.

I'd be worried about phasing, servo drives are SLOW. Now, i'm not familiar with this particular brand, so maybe they've corrected for some of that, but unless you can delay your mains to accomodate, I could see your bottom end getting all muddy.

    get it, BOTTOM end, MUDDY!

Good point. I could see some processing being a requirement to pull it off right. I haven't seen ServoDrives for a long time. I hear tell of a set of them floating around the Portland area though.

I'll never forget hearing those things run. A company called Stylus Sound in Eugene used to have 6 or 8 of them and they really shook the concrete. (I swear it was moving somehow...)

Default Looking for a HP 532nm Handheld battery powered

    Hello All!,
I am not sure I am posting this correctly. I am looking for a handheld flashlight style 532nm laser. I have a laser scope that run great, but I am looking for something a little less potent to play with. Hopefully able to burn ballons and paper. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. It seems Ebay no longer has anything handheld above 5mw?
    Thank you

I can sell you one of these for $5.99

It'll pop an eye or balloon just as quick and save you some cash on batteries.

You can use the cash you save to buy a lighter for the paper.
