Allen , you really dont give a fuck do you ? Why dont you stop cutting corners and do shit the right way. Its going to pay off for you in the end. When a whole forum is calling you an idiot , you should pay attention. Dont do another show until you have everything aproved and legal like a legit laser show company.

    Laser Warning

I'm trying to get everything varianced and do it the right way, i said that in the earlier post, this show came up out of the blue and my projector was "ready" without blanking and the cdrh extras (indicators, certain other things), I wanted to see how its going to perform, I ran many tests and i did have physical blocks of black anodized aluminum under the scanner set so if a scanner was to even fail, it would come into the beam-block, and not down on people, and i even tested that by manually moving the scanner downwards with the power to the scanner board unplugged BEFORE THE SHOW. And no one ever wanted to help with the variance crap on here that was needed for the laser, not even provided examples, everyone talked crap, I had to email cdrh before I could get a start on which applications are for what and here is part of an email from them:

Attached is an introductory letter for "Laser Light Shows".
As the manufacturer of a "projector" and as a "laser light show producer", you need to demonstrate that both your "projector" complies with the Federal laser performance standard and that your "Class IV laser shows", will comply with conditions of the variance. As such, you need to certify your "projector" and report it using the Reporting Guide - Radiation Safety Product Report for Laser Products, September 1995 and report your "laser light show" using the Reporting Guide - Radiation Safety Product Report for Laser Light Shows/Displays, September 1995 and request a variance using the
Variance Application for Laser Products used for Light Shows and Displays .
These referenced "Reporting Guides" and "Variance Application", can be found in the attached letter. ]

Those all had links to the proper pdf forms and pages on their website, when i copied an pasted they didnt come along, but i'm working on doing it, i still need some help with specific things the forms are asking related to the pulse freq. and what not mostly about the qswitch related things...

I built these units with an aluminum frame, and discharge lamps with iron doping, ballasts came from china at like $50 for electronic, and woodsglass from this company that sells it in big enough sheets of glass 24" by 24". It doesnt really cost much to make maybe all together like $600, but you get a strong punch out of it to cover quite an area with each unit, thats why i made them myself, the hardest part for me was finding the reflector and finding a company that makes woodsglass big enough... any other things your going to question me about? lol

I sent you to a skilled person to contact off list who was A. Familiar with KTP532, and B. Would helped you with the vari and procedures manual at a very reasonable, if not chickenfeed, cost. And if you had specific questions, he would have answered them even if you did not hire him. You contacted him and then never followed up, until you took it in the field.

Laser (the acronym derived from Light Amplification by Stimulated Emissions of Radiation) is a spectacular manifestation of this process. It is a source which emits a kind of light of unrivaled purity and intensity not found in any of the previously known sources of radiation. - Lasers & Non-Linear Optics, B.B. Laud.
