so why do you keep arguing here? in any case there are already a few people here to warn authorities about your activities, so what's the point?

Maybe you should make sense of what everyone here is saying, and use your common sense.

I have found the problem with all the posts in this thread. We forgot the prodjallen rules.

Rule #1: prodjallen is never wrong

Rule #2: when prodjallen is wrong, refer to rule #1

stop making it so easy then..

apparently the other dj knows less about safety than you do, because he is recommending you as his vendor, so he needs to be warned that if there is an accident involving his company and he hired you...he will loose everything.

it is not about me loosing or winning (ive been out of the business for > 10 years)...it is about industry standards which need to be upheld and scrupulous individuals highlighted.

One accident will ruin it for everyone in the industry, but you dont care....

Maybe someone should just call "Vasken" at the number listed on the website and bring him up to speed regarding what's been discussed here on PhotonLexicon?

That's how it's been done for ages with big CuBr and ion heads, and has some advantages like the ability to split the laser into several fibres (so you can run multiple projectors from 1 head)

Optical fibres have their catches and pitfalls, but I guess it's easier to rig up a set of galvos, (PC)AOM and fibre termination point instead of the full Scope. I wouldn't even want to try that with a Spectra 168!
