Hello! i have a Scientech Laser Power head i bought surplus. I have no idea how to power it. It has two white connectors and one Red and one Black. How is the power applied ? the black and red ? and if so what voltage

The head doesn't need power; the output signal is on the red and black and goes to the meter (which I'm guessing you don't have); the white sockets are for applying a calibration heater current to the sensor, the procedure is documented in the manual. I have a meter that I'm willing to sell if you require one.
