About the wiring of a single colour projector ...
I've just been thinking that it's much smarter to wire to one of the colour channels ...
That way, you can make nice chase effects using only one DAC, by changing the coulour in software you can switch between multiple projectors wired to different colour channels.
For example :
Projector 1 : wired to green
Projector 2 : wired to red
=> Yellow in software : both projectors outputting the same thing
=> Frame with red and green stuff : both projectors outputting completely different stuff (do mind that they both will be scanning everything for both projectors so keep an eye on the max points)
=> Colour cycle that changes between red/yellow/green : Interesting chase effects between projectors![]()
Interesting idea.
You also need to make a new color pallete for this to make sure yellow = green @ 100% and red @ 100%.
Making a workspace for this is not that difficult, you only need to change the color cycles.
