You want to go to laserfx.com, get in touch with L, Micahel Roberts and order Fashion Show. Its different models doing a runway walk, one at a time, and hand rotoscoped. Includes "slight flash of petticoat on turn" , probably exactly what you want. One evening gown, one business suit with moderate skirt if I remember correctly.
