I have a file written up in Alibre for a small 3 axis if you have a jig to hold the pieces...they are 12mm x 12mm x 8mm driven with 3 0-80 SHCS. Let me know if you would be willing to make a small run of these. I would bet they would sell......I need 8 pcs now. No CNC machine avail to me until mid Jan.
those are hard to make, here is my feeble attempt...only 4-40 now will probably go to m3 .5 or 0-80 still to be determined.

Been there, done that, got the t-shirt & selling it in a garage sale.
Very nice! How do you hold the two pieces together, with a screw in the center or using a spring?
spring screw technology, very tight. I was just piggybacking the hijack by mecheng3 while we are on the subject of small adjustable mounts. My mount is .5 x .5" free plate .5 x .75 fixed plate.
anyway, i have some of chads mounts and they look great and every improvement that could have been made to the original brass one has been implemented. I hope to get light on them early next week for test. I have been told the next run will be black
EDIT- and not to further hijack thread...but I have the front surface mirrors for these little mounts. the prices here are retail - http://www.microlaserlabs.com/index....rrgdtkovqh5ad1 precision cut, new and any quantity you need IN STOCK.
