    Hey Guys-

I installed a ~1W RGB Laser build into a club and last week did some upgrades and training with it. i took some video of the laser in action. added some audio last night and uploaded the video. came out pretty good. ill use it as a little demo for nightclub systems.

just thought i would share with you guys.

Interested to know how much you had to ramp the green back for the balance? I was surprised to see just how even the power ratings were. Are the 640's that bright that you don't need to so heavily weight their power? Nice white btw

Nothing is ramped back. I am a HUGE believer in NEVER "ramping power back!" NEVVVVER take power away!!

Just goes to show what sounds good in "theory" (regarding white balance) VERY RARELY ever makes sense in the real world. some of the best looking whites i have made and seen were, according to "theory" RIDICULOUSLY off balance.

    640 reds are just simply....BEAUTIFUL!!! 635 and 650....SEEEE YAAA!!!!

5?? nope. just 1. lots of bounce mirrors and diffraction overlays on bounce mirrors. mirrors and gratings are laserists best friends! ESPECIALLY in a nightclub!

8 in the club. 5 of which have gratings. gratings REALLY add a serious effect to nightclub installs. makes one laser look like 20.

Very nice install there Marc. Whats the capacity of the club as I'm using a 700mW RGB in a 1500 capacity club and it looks surprisingly good for the power.

I take it that is a permanent install with you using target mirrors and DG's. would love to use them my self but not really practical with mobile setups.
