LaStudio Showrider help ?

Hi guys, I am trying to recreate a show in the LaStudio Showrider Designer, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to add effects to the frames? For example, I want something to fade in and fade out, but I can't seem to figure out how...

Another one is I want something to fly to the front of the screen, then fade out..

Add a brightness channel/track (double click and select). Then add a new block, and drag value from 0 to -255 over duration.

For the other one: Root around for a zoom key effect (loads included with S/R) then repeat the step above for the same fade out.

I've remade about 1:12 of the show so far, still a little while to go yet!
