    Default 415nm laser

    hi
    are there diodes that produce 415nm ??
    so one on flea bay selling projectors saying they are 415nm and brighter than 405nm
    sounds all wrong to me

    I hear there was a wide tolerence for BR Burners and some diodes were measuring between 402 and 412, but that is pointer jockey talk; second hand at that.

    Yes ! I'v see it on roithner laser ! but it's soooo expensive !

    You can find diodes at 355, 405, 407, 410, 415, etc.. but anything other than 405nm is usually quite expensive.

    Yea, what I was mentioning was more of a "luck of the draw" from varioul eBay sleds. They were around 405... I think DZ had a higher wavelength one but might be wrong.
