i would worry about using a lasever in such a small case they do chuck out a lot of heat. i had enough trouble keeping the 300mw one i had running properly because of heat problems

it will be ready for the next meet but about 2 hours after making this post someone PM'ed me with a view to buying it, so i may not have it by then.

thats strange ive got a 500mw lasever green and it gives out no heat whatsoever. in fact ive got a 500mw green, 350mw 635 and 100mw 473nm all next to each other and none give off any heat at all.

wonder if something was up with your one?

good point andy i had never had a lasever before i just thought it was normal for them ,it only run in tem01 as well ,

normal quality product from lasever!! such a shame as i wana love lasever products due to their size but the quality is poor

a few more pics, all holes are tapped for allen key screws and all holes are sunken.

rob had a little moan at me at the last surfleet meet saying learn how to tap threads. well here you go rob advice taken

im going to have to mount the mains in socket and the ilda input very very close together in this projector. ive never put them this close before am i going to encounter any issues??

What diodes you are using to get 275mW of red ? Are those the Long Open Cans ?
And at what amperage do you drive them ?

yeah long open can reds, dont know the ma off the top of my head

You need to isolate that green head from ground or you'll kill it.
