    Very cool design. Indeed like the RGB style big heat sink and mount it all.
    Have a very powerhungry Red myself and this seems the only way to go.

    Do you have a schematic of that nifty little colorbox ?
    It looks cool !

    Did you machine those fins into the alu block?

    Maplin are online.

    Best way is to find the parts online, note the parts numbers then go into your local store and request them by spec. That way the assistant does the running around looking not you.

    Yeah I usually do that if I'm getting regulators,ICs or resistors, things like that. never thought to do it for anything else though

    Very nice build
    Do you like the knive mirror to combine the beams?
    I like the idea because when you shoot trough a PBS you always loose some power, and I hate to loose power .

    another small update , got the first photons out of it
    but had to take the green out and send it away for adjustment ,think the tec cooling in it needs a little tweek, ordered mamba black as well cant wait to get it finished and play but time is tight at the moment
    had a quick play with zoofscope ,and he laserscan more pics to follow when i get the green back,pics are from a crap camera phone
