i dont think i will bother fitting one then i did not know if i used one i would lose another 10% of projector power ,i already lose over 200mw from the crappy laserwave dichro's ,and galvo mirrors
thanks for point this out dansaves me wasting money and losing power
i would rather spend time cleaning optics after each meet

Buying a piece of AR glass (from medialas for example) is just as expensive / cheap so why bother with those photography filters?
What's the best way to mount a piece of AR glass or photography filter on a projector? Are there standard size brackets that you can screw in? Or maybe just glue it to the enclosure?

I payed 13€ for a piece of 60x60 AR glass. I don't think you can get a decent UV filter for that ...
