    Default nye laser show and countdown clock

    hiya everyone, im running 2 fb3s for new years eve on 3 laser projectors (possibly 4) and im wondering if anyone has maybe a 10, 9, 8 ......... countdown with a nice show with it? also and iv been wondering this for a while, id there anyway ov projecting the actual time through the nite? any software that can do this or jus anyway short ov programming one myself

    I think you'll find there's a 10 to zero countdown on the first page of LiveQuick iirc

    If Pangolin get QuickShow out before New Years then it's got all the clock functionality built in. As there's no SDK, I doubt you'd be able to develop anything to interface with the FB3 yourself

    mmmmmmm interesting. so basically i could make a laser show that simulates a clock but there aint anything out there rite now that will work with the fb3 to project the actual time?

    does any of the pangolin products have this feature?

    QuickShow has a clock and countdown feature. With any luck it'll be released by NYE, I would love to use it too

    Snagged from the Pangolin Forum:

    "You should look in the Demos folder of LD2000. There are a few "Clock and timer examples" that illustrate how to create your own countdown clocks of various forms in Showtime.
    There is a separate program called "Showclock" that can be used to generate a clock if that's what you want to do, or you can integrate this clock as part of your Showtime show if you wish."

    You're gonna have to either load it up somewhere on t'internet and link to that (assuming that the file is not copyrighted) or if it's small enough, add as an attachment.

    sadly being a work i cant search for this pangolin count down clock, so will take a look when i get home tonight
