I just wanted to figure out which one would work better in my paintball gun!

Nitrogen. Hands down. Even in a cheap gun like a Tippman, nitrogen is better. Much more consistent in the chronograph, and no risk of a hot shot because some liquid CO2 got past the reg. Plus N2 is a lot easier on the seals.
Of course, if you've got an electronic marker (I own 2 angels and an E-mag), you've got no business putting CO2 through it anyway.

I've got a vector, you actually can't run it on nitrogen.

I thought this was going to be a thread about watching "The Wizard of Oz" movie while Pink Floyd "Dark Side of the Moon" plays as the soundtrack...

You must have the standard or the military model. The deluxe and BF models will run just fine on nitrogen. (Actually, they all will, but the other two are designed for the small 12 gram CO2 cartridges, which means that retro-fitting them to accept an N2 tank would be cost-prohibitive. But the gun's action itself will run just fine on N2.)
As for me, I like to throw a lot of paint, so I've never owned a gun powered by a 12 gram cartridge. On a good day I blast a case and a half of paint, and on a bad day I've been known to top two full cases. Then again, my Angel can sustain 20 bps (no ramping, just semi-auto and some fancy trigger work!) until it runs out of air, assuming the hopper stays full. That's why I carry 6 pods on the field, and run a Nitro Duck 90ci/4500psi tank.
