well, I like the looks of the 640nm all day from kvant, its only $2500 for 900mW.... nice beam specs, Expected lifetime ?????
but the 900mW 640nm from CNI is $1950 with a Expected lifetime of 5,000 hours, and the beam specs are about the same, but it looks as the kvant has better......
I need to contact kvant about the Expected lifetime of the 900mW.

We guarantee 5000 hours before the output drops under the stated power level or 1 year standard guarantee whichever goes first.
I wouldn't worry about this with us (KVANT) as these new modules are really well designed and assembled...they will last long time. All have LASORB as well and post-guarantee service is exceptional!
