Ok, good clarification. So those who purchase this without the LCD cannot add an LCD without another payment for a software upgrade also.

Update is possible by Bootloader straight.
Every Safety has a unique number for the purpose.
But only in connection with my LCD.
Security tolerates no games.

Thanks for explaining, if they don't need the LCD then I'm still in for 3 boards, no LCDs please.
(The LCDs are a nice touch, but as my projector is usually mounted remotely it wouldn't be accessible or visible during normal operation, and I'm happy to do the setup via USB on a PC)
