    adding 405nm will not add much to the brightness of your blue, but your white will be very white soon. therefor its good to have good colorbalance in your software like LD2000 to correct this.

    What is the power of the white beam after all the optics?

    i dont own a qm so i could be wrong, is it not the case that providing you set the palettes right it makes no odds?
    Those colors are the only one to choose from, you can assign them to any output line, but that's all that's there (R, G, B, Y, C, Db). Ultimately, you can manually go in adjust each color line to get the desired color output, but the QM2K is still going to understand them as the 6 preset colors. Kinda tough to explain I guess, you'll see when you start playing with the software. Take some pics! I'm sure it will look very nice!

    Why there is so much loss on those dichros? Who makes them?
