thankyou bill, i now think i know what you mean.

you drag the file up to the cues box and save the workspace then next time i come to edit the show i load the music file back up and drag and drop the show back down to the timeline editor is this what you are meaning mate?

if it is i have given that ago, i managed to drag the show to the cues and save it but could not drag it back down to the timeline after to start either re-editing the show or playing the show with the music.

could you please advise what im doing wrong?

As I wrote, in build 128, the timeline is probably the weakest part. Certain things don't work perfectly, and we are working on that right now.

What is *supposed* to happen is that when you click on a cue, it should also play the music. But it doesn't... So... we'll have to fix that.

As for dragging the cue back to the timeline, don't forget that it is kinda the "tabs" themselves that are the real magical items. You can drag a "tab" to a cue, and you can drag a cue to a tab. This tab is a central and core theme in the metaphore.

Though, this software is very, very nice. I spent a fair bit of time last night playing around with it, very easy to learn, and powerful.

it seems like a powerful combination of live quick and the la freak package (la studio) although i dont see a way to stop an ilda play speed to 0% which is something la studio did...

I noticed that once the FB3 had been connected once, Quickshow will start and run without it connected allowing offline (i.e. on the train) editing! This is more than a little fantastic!

That, and the flash button option on cues!

Yes, this is true dongle-less software! Once the software understands that you're a legitimate user (i.e. you have plugged the FB3 into your computer at least once), you can use the software after that with full functionality including saving!

Damn, u made me drool while i was reading how awesome the Quickshow is! >.<

So, here are some questions:
1. If i want to use Quickshow, i just have to buy fb3?
2. Is there new fb3 hardware? (i read somewhere something about fb3 QS version...)
3. Will price change because of such major update/upgrade?
4. Do Pangolin really has central europe branch office in Slovenia??? i thought America doesnt know that our small country exists

Quick suggestion:

Instead of saving every cue in the workspace, which takes quite a while, is it possible to have it only save cues that have been modified? It took me like 10 minutes for QS to save my whole workspace, but I only changed like 4 cues.
