1-I do not sell running lasers. I sell components on my website, as a service I sell "kits" to get you close
2-He did not purchase a quad kit
3-he purchased components from several vendors
4-he has posted no pics of his build
5-pitfalls of various designs are well published (by you and others)

If I sell you a box of bolts can you blame me for your ferrarri not turning out exactly as you thought it would?

that,s right MCcarrot thats why i forwarded sean,s email to you Its rediculeus to wait 3 of 4 weeks to get a responds. It still amazes me (in general ) that companies can afford it to treat customers like that.
I think service and fast delivery is more important then good prices

pic of the completed non-working kit... will be up tonight... with video...

    warped plate's
    warped modual holders
    untaped hole

but even tho I bought all parts from individual venders and not as a kit, I talked to you on the phone to place the order for the two base plates... and then u knew what i was building and could have told me I need other parts.... instead you sold me lemons

Now you dont even have the single modual holders.. So just give me back my money since it doesnt work.... I have no problem sending you back your items. just make this right.

Had to edit...the only thing that is warped is continuing this discussion

Ben, you should reserve comment until you know exactly what you are talking about.
Biggest damn mini mill I have ever seen.

I dont need to respond but i will because I am bored.

1-if the baseplate is warped it is because the stock from the factory is warped (1/4" plate aluminum)
2- the module holders were not made by me they were made on a $250,000.00 machine
3-One hole not being tapped, i offered to tap it for him, he declined, Most people can tap a hole

If we are lucky this may turn out to be the next Laserscope Modification is Finished thread.

He needs to post pics of the build so we can see potential problem areas he has.

Ben, unless you know for a fact that something is true, you need to stay the hell out of the discussion, as you are only bringing more confusion and drama. (Which you already pledged not to do.)

As it happens, Pat does not use a mini-mill for these.

I can attest to this. Stock Plate can very in flatness. I work in machine shop and the 1/4" plate we use can very anywhere from .0005" to .05" flatness. Most of the time it is good but every once in a while its so warped we send it back to the distributor.
