Hey guys, I have a Maxy Module that's surplus if anyone needs one. The original diode in this failed and was replaced with one of the long open can diodes. The output is about 200mW and the new diode has about 20 hours on it. It still uses the Maxy driver, I run it with a +8VDC power supply though I *think* it can run down to +6VDC, not completely sure. No warranty is offered, however, if it does fail anytime in the future, I'll be glad to replace the diode at cost. Meaning, you ship it back to me, pay me the current cost of an open can diode and I'll replace it and ship it back to you.
