Nope.. Marriage ain't a cure, just a limiting factor (at least in my case). I'm very lucky in that my wife doesn't mind any of my hobbies, but she does complain about the expense occasionally. The reason I'm on such a tight laser budget isn't because we have no $$, it's because all expenses must be approved by the fiscal services department (aka the wife).. and often it's a tough sell.

In my case it's definitely for the best, since if I was single I would gladly live in a run down 1 room shack as long as there's 3-phase and LOTS of lasers and audio gear. Thanks to my wife's financial skills, we live in a very nice little house, have decent cars, the bills are paid AND I still get to play with lasers and audio gear, but maybe not the $$$$$ systems we'd all love to have.
