I'm getting a bit worried about Dan....

He spends bedtime with Lathes instead of girls and he likes crunchy nuts with sausages.

Thanks to everyone for the offers, I have now got one through work and it has already proved invaluable as it has found a Knackered MOSFET in the UPS I am trying to repair.
I sometimes took mine to work to repair drill chargers etc so I got one through work and if I need to use it at home then that's not a problem.
Not quite the same as having my own but I will live with it
    Thanks again.

Bad news about your meter Jim and I'm also up for helping out finance a replacement and good to hear your sort of sorted out with one from work.
I know that Simon spent a great amount of the weekend in the kitchen but was there a chance that some outsider had the opertunity to lift it?
Definitely did not end up in my box or bags.
I did manage to forget to pick up my red dish and spoon before leaving on Sunday. The other half was not happy about that.

Unlikely.... kitchen was pretty much manned all weekend & it wouldnt have been the first object to hand to grab.... I think it more likely left with a mcdonalds bag or fish & chip wrapper.........
