(I know they are multimode and 9mm can). But that's a lot of power and a very pretty wavelenght.

most of these manufacturers dont want to talk to you unless your buying >1000pcs :\

that would be pretty sweet tho, dual 500mW @ 635 with a pbs cube would be almost a watt at 635! that should be pretty bright even for red

also did you see that 4w @ 635nm "bar" laser! holy photons!

I popped a $300 150 mw 636 nm diode a few weeks ago but WTF.. I'm a 52 year old 'kid' an aint nobody can say shit to me about it (except the wife, but she didnt know- heh-) I didnt puke about it either (although I felt a slight sense of remorse for a few minutes) Then it waz a ' learning experience' ..lol..
