Laser Warning Covert 808nm to 532nm HELP!

I have a laser from a laser light show device (Spooky Blue V3). I bought a new 808nm 1000mw C-mount laser diode for it. I opened the laser and carefully removed the crystals and replace the diode. After I put crystals back and drive it with 600-700mA. The diode emitting juts a small red beam. OK. I was thinking it was my mistake and I burned it out. I bought another 500mw laser diode 808nm from the same seller and drive it with 300-400mA. The beam was the same red and very thin. I contacted him I ask why this it’s happing. He says that my crystals were damaged.
I don`t believe him. I think his 808nm laser diode doesn`t 808nm and from this reason the crystals cannot convert 808nm to 532nm.
PS. I touched the crystals. It was only way to replace the diode. I try to focus them but no result. I think the distance between them must be very exact and I can`t find the right position. Also I cleaned the crystals with Alcohol 96%, could this damage the crystal surface?

Why did you buy a new diode? Had the laser stopped working?

Yes. Green laser beam started to taper

That is an alignment or temperature issue. Try moving the crystals with the laser on at low power. You should get a flash of green, then you just align it from there.

Thanks for help. I did as you said but there no result.
There is some way to check if the Laser diode works at 808nm and also to check if the crystals are not broken?

    Hey AlexGe..
    Welcome to the Forum...

808nm is very dim to the human eye...
To know the laser's output or if you have any usable output I would suggest
    using a Laser Power Meter...

you have pictures? Is it a bonded set or is there an adjustable output coupler? Does the new diode have fast axis collimation? I suspect everything is probably fine, but crystal alignment and output coupler alignment is an excersize that requires extreme precision. The 808 should look very dim, if you see it at all, it's probably working just fine.

Drive the diode a bit harder, maybe even up to 1A and spend a lot of time trying to get everything perfect. It's difficult but once everything is how it needs to be I'm sure it will work.

YeS I'd say with 99% certainty that your output coupler is not aligned. It is the optic in the metal piece with 3 holes. This must be perfectly aligned. Keep adjusting it and I bet you'll get it working.

I have tried for a few hours but no result.
How about ND:YVO4 crystal? Does his position critical? How about second one?
Yes, it is true; I try to align just the last crystal (it is the last aluminum piece with 3 holes).
How to proceed next? … It is better to align crystals at full diode power or at low possible?
