Hey Dan,

IIRC ( Im not in front of the computer ATM ) the mounting block is 16mm deep x 14.9mm across x 22mm high. The mounting plate is 4mm high and the slots are on 25mm centers.

Airmail will be the way to go. I think I can get these in a letter, so the shipping shouldnt be too much at all.. Guessing around $10-20 for 10 pieces.
