I see there is another GB started for corrective lenses, I'm happy to stay with this GB as I am pleased with the service that I got from Dave in the past.
    Squat that bug,

One day I'll finish my build.

    The mounts look sweet.

Will these optics correct the 445nm M140 and 9mm diodes too? If so I will be in for a couple more sets with mounts.

    Cheers

Just a small platform with slotted mounting holes, that are the same spacing as the mounting holes for the diode housings I have. The platform puts the lenses at the right height also, making the cylinders much easier to use...

    Thoughts welcome

Instead of just a ledge to rest them on, a full slot at width of one lens would be nice so that you could slide it forward and back without any twist. It is real easy to just bump it forward or back with a tooth pick that way. Let me know if that made sense.

But you get that with the slotted mounting holes

The ledge would allow you to adjust the lateral movement while maintaining the squareness of the lens

Yes but a full slot keeps perfect squareness as you slide back n forth like having a ledge on each side. I have been amazed how easy it is to adjust when you have the ledge on each side ie a slot in the top of the mount.
