Default Happy New Year to all PL members!

    HAPPY NEW YEAR TO EVERYBODY!

I know... My wishes are coming little delayed.... Sorry.
    I apologize...

    Well......Come on!

Here is my last work: a QS graphic show. Its lenght is 8 minutes. The name is: "Armageddon"

Infos about the show (Please read carefully):

    1) Show file has been "spanned" in two parts as it's greater than 26Mb of size. Two parts of show are labeled as: "Armageddon PL" part 1 and part2.
    2) Soundtrack file is also "spanned" in two (because size is more than 7Mb) : name of two mp3 parts are: "Lasershow Armageddon" part 1 and part 2.
    3) All tracks on the Quick timeline are assigned to main RGB projector, scanspeed 30Kpps or more (for those who are lucky to have higher scanspeed...)
    4) Use only the soundtrack attached. It is a very very special remix from original movie soundtrack. Don't try to use any other music IF you will have some synchro problem with MP3 file, than convert it to "wav".
    5) It is a very "special/unusual" graphic show.....But if you have seen the movie.... then you'll understand....
    6) There is a voice next to the end of soundtrack: It's Mr. Bruce Willis voice telling : " We win, Grace!" ("Vinciamo noi, Grace!")...BUT.... Watch out! He is talking in Italian! (Excuse me guys.... I'm Italian!). Anyway it is only half second long.....
    7) Maya calendar said a bullshit.... World did not end on December 21th...

This show has been a very hard work to me.... I hope you will appreciate it.
I am an hobbyist only and I like to share my jobs with all other members on PL Forum. It is always a pleasure to me. We all are a wonderful great family.

Thanks! Had a great time watching the projection of Armageddon. You are a professional even if You don't acknowledge it. Every thing I have seen of yours is awesome. Congrats! Rodney D.

Thank you very much Steve. Looking forward to watching it as always. I have never actually seen the movie so... we'll see if your show inspires me to rent it!

I can't wait to open this up and try this new show.

Now, I know you say you are an amateur, but I am interested in finding out if you can do requests (read commissions). There is going to be a LEM at one of the world's most prestigious centers for fundamental physics research at MIT at the end of January. Would you be able do to a show focused on physics. The theme is broad and whatever is to your liking. It should evoke the excitement, mystery or just the quirky aspect of science research. I know you covet your amateur standing, but I am willing to pay for this if you are interested.

OK, I saw it. The unique images, especially the female figures, were great. The explicit text does not add a lot. Unlike your use of the rapidly scrolling numbers in The Final Countdown the words explaining the story make the theme less epic. I think the images alone should carry the plot and largely they do. I applaud your telling a story as opposed to the more commonly seen tendency to link geometric patterns to a beat. This is hard especially because P. has such a limited inventory of images, many of which are just goofy, stylized cartoons.

    BRAVO!
