That looks cool in reverse. Menu j.

If you go into menu k or l (L) the grave key (same key as the tilde) copies the frame. So you can make a bunch of copies of the unexploded frame. Then when you show it as an animation it holds on that frame for a bit.

All software has a learning curve usually proportional to its capabilities and unique features. Pointing with a mouse is in no way easier than tapping a key.

A single frame can be a frame_set if it's the only one.

If "you" apply the frame_set effect "chil" it does the job of stacking up dwell between the lit segments such that the time delay between the laser modulation and the scanners is caught-up in a sloppy way.
Let's add some color to this.

That's kinda neat. How did you do that?

I'm assuming you did that in your own code and did not use the recoloring options in [redacted] menu c.

You can recolor any ild file in LWave using its time-based color schemes in either 24bit or TTL color.

it looked awesome when i played it in [redacted] but when I loaded it up into the laser, I only got about 1 second before it did this: https://youtube.com/shorts/FEKHlhzsyyw?feature=share

the green in the middle is when i switched to a different ild file then back.
