if its analouge mate u can lower the output power when using with your rgb. this way gives u more versatility and allows for brighter green when needed. after all sometimes u might not use the rgb with the greens and then a brighter 1 green would be alot better.

it depends of what we see tonight on the show it's the first time we take it in public

still whit crapy soft but pangolin is on the way(if i can find a good pango dealerbecause in france they ask 2300 dollars and that's a rip off 900 more than on the official pango site)

in a few weeks from now i will open the laser and shoot some pic's of his heart to see the build if it's quality or just some chinese crap

When I set my Qm.net at full power, and I connect my laser with a 5 meter ILDA cable, I measure 4.7V at the input of lasermodule.

So when using ILDA I have 0.3V loss on my cables, connectors, wiring etc. So there is a chanche it slightly less power compared to DMX. But in your case I would say its Ishow

This shouldn't make much difference as the current draw is tiny, so the volt drop should also be tiny.

The biggest voltage losses (0,1V) I find in on those F@#@%#%^@* Sub-D connectors.

I vote for ILDA2.0, and get rid of the crappy sub-D connectors.

or, you can get the .NET interface, and place the DAC within inches of your projector.
And run CAT 5 from your computer to the DAC!
