The best defense is a good offense is not working for you. There are a lot of smart, knowledgeable people here who try to advise you, but you listen with a deaf ear. I doubt you have even figured out how much many of the people on this forum wanted to help you. For your knowledge and for the public's safety. These were people that have forgotten more than most of us will ever know about lasers.

If there is one thing I have learned about lasers it is this: Safety is the MOST important thing in ANY laser show. No one but you argues this.

In time you will get what you deserve. Hopefully it is not at the expense of another person's vision.

Allen, dude, seriously: you need to understand that some of the people on this forum are influential; many of them have extremely good relationships with the CDRH. The feds will listen to them, and they *have* told the feds about you. All the slick lawyers in the world won't get you out of trouble if you don't play by the rules.

Funny thing is I am playing by the rules, and to the "If there is one thing I have learned about lasers it is this: Safety is the MOST important thing in ANY laser show. No one but you argues this." When did I ever say safety wasn't important? For Christ's Sake it burns through a 2" by 4" wood block in 30secs, why would safety NOT be important? Again people putting words in my mouth, The FIRST thing I got EVEN BEFORE the Laserscope was safety goggles from kyle at laseronics OD6 with 532/1064 coating, and at the time I didn't understand what the OD ratings were for until Ben explained. You can ask Kyle to confirm when that was, i'm sure he knows...

Some of the content seems edited... logs can always be edited... just like when i said "if i did do any shows they would be on my property... until i got my variances..." it seems cut down, or if it wasn't cut down, it was what i meant, not that i would crowd scan at even my own property, why would i want to blind my friends or anyone for that matter? please explain...

You see, Allen, here's the thing: Ben is a kid, he's hormonal, emotional, flys off the handle, and has a sketchy past. But he's SMART. He LISTENS. If you give him advice, HE TAKES IT. You're right that Ben was close to getting kicked off the forum, but you know what? people told him to eat crow, at learn from his mistakes, and HE DID. This isn't to say that he is perfect, far from it (and none of us here are, nor claim to be, so don't for a second pretend that I'm taking that route). But Ben CAN listen, he CAN take ADVICE to heart without letting it be an attack on his person or ego. You'll notice I haven't brought up his knowledge base. I'm taking a page from SALT here and leaving it alone, you would do well to follow my advice. He's out of my league, he's definitely out of yours. I don't always like the kid, and he fucks up plenty, but he's got the guts to admit when he's wrong, and to at least attempt to make ammends. Thus far, all you've shown us is that you DON'T.
