It is more condensation you need to watch at very low feed water temperatures, the passbank has a nasty tendency to collect condensation that then drips into the control electronics and makes a right mess.
You could rig a controlled water temperature setup but it would need a pump and a mixing valve to inject fresh cold water as needed to maintain loop temperature.
