When there is one email it is ok. When you deal with 30 or so questions a day it gets to be a bit much. It totally ruins being able to keep track of people when you have to deal with people under the name "DongSmasher21". Use some common sense James.

In the spirit of David Barry, I'd just like to say that "DongSmasher" would be an awesome name for a rock band...

I have had nothing but stellar servace from Andrew. I use it professionally and couldnt be happier with the product at this point. Im sure the guy is busy, be patient, something is going on that we are un aware of .

I've known Andrew for years. We've had our ups and downs. We have collaborated on a few things very near and personal to me.... like the use of my code!

I'm not pointing out anything in particular about him.

I just think that if ANYONE puts it out there to collect money he should be responsible for it.

If ANYONE uses a forum or other social network to become known for a product or service, he should be aware of all communications on that network.

Occasionally, I will build a DAC for someone. I don't ask for any money until it's in a box ready to ship. I don't collect any money for my application, but I still try to answer questions from people who want to get the most out of it.

But, great to see you still so-'positively contributing' to this forum... You really *are* the Best..

Oh, of course! That little gem of an insult was *squarely* aimed only at 'Freakshow', aka, our old pal 'Electrofreak', or whatever the spaz it-was ..and, if it ain't actually him, it sure is his dead-ringer obnoxo-twin.. ..No, there's a very *big* difference between 'buffo', and 'bufu', mon frére..

Anyhoo, sorry if you thought that was aimed at ya.. Hope yer and yours are well..
    cheers..

    The log that won't flush...

I, too, have had great service from Andrew. Maybe I ordered my stuff when he wasn't swamped with work/family/personal. I have never had anything take more than four days. All I can say is, keep trying to contact him. His record with me has been great, and I will keep ordering from him until that changes.

I didn't know that "bufu" was a word - in any language! ("Buffo" is actually Greek.) But OK, my bad.

Regarding Andrew's absence, I ordered some Flexmods back in March, when I knew he was busy settling into his new house. I had a feeling they would be delayed, but I didn't care; I just wanted to get them on order. Anyway, I just got an e-mail the other day saying that they've shipped. So apparently he's finished the move and is working through his backlog now.

A lot of posts aren't sales related too, it requires you to browse the forums first to find the topics u want to follow.

    Just email and stop complaining.
Be glad already LSX exists to begin with.
