DO NOT listen to their website or spec sheets.
5+ Watts of 445 will melt the coatings off of the mirrors. Seen it in person 3 times already. Unless they changed the mirror coating in this past year (which i HIGHLY doubt). I would say 10 watts at an absolute maximum and thats with <5W of 445. But i really dont think they will handle 10W.

gutted now this means i will have to get mirrors from osls, for my 10w rgb build
suppose i could just try it first and see what happens , got a feeling the 4w blue will proberly
kill them on its own, would a light fan breeze over them help cool them ??

Great to know, as I was planning to shine a 8W opsl toward them... The melted one, was it the 5mm one or the 7mm? As power density is a thing to consider too.
And about these OSLS mirrors, are they plug and play, did someone already installed them?

20W of RGB works fine...

i run 5.2 watt on mine all ok (rgb not just 445)
