Just got my last refund as well. Thanks everyone for buying kiyoukans stuff and kiyoukan for making things tight.
My 333,33 dollar has now been 100% refunded.

This guy is jacking me around people, at this point I am wondering how many others are also awaiting that funky battery charger that I await.

Are any of you others going thru similar stuff as this with him? We need to post this stuff and not let it go hidden, I wanted to post like this after the first week of waiting

Early this month when I posted ((04-05-2013) - see 3 posts up from right here) that I be reimbursed, I figured his plans would go on forever and I might as well take what was offered and be done with this. Kiyo contacted me promptly . He said that he would be shipping what I asked on the following monday (04-08) and give me a tracking number

Did not happen

Then, on the 11th/thursday he said he would get it out to me on the 12th/friday
Did not happen
When he told me this he also told me that I would be getting only HALF of my optics set and was acting like he would be doing me a favor in cutting the set in half and keeping 1/2 to hisself...?? I objected and asked that I get two of his half sets! or a FULL set and he said he would do that.
His "real" deal is somewhat hidden in his post of "offerings" towards resolution.
At that point I asked him to send thru CDBEAM and he said that he would, any trust or hope was lost.
Yet still, it never happened

A week later on the 19th he shows up on the PL chat, same stories, same shit, I even told kiyoukan that if I was CDBEAM I would be real fucking mad if I learned that at one point he still had enough ?t?r?u?s?t? from me to bypass CDBEAM's part in all of this.

CDBEAM, you are one hell of a great guy to offer your hand in this, your kind words in support were a spark that surely would lighten the load with most in this situation he is in yet after all I have witnessed, my time on the phone with paypal, the times of checking my mailbox, I knew that there was no more paypal for me to goto, my only route at this point was in a message such as this, in public.

You have serious balls and I hope the repeated kicks in them will be taken for what they are worth and we can all move on. People make mistakes and second chances are what make us a civil society. Third chances however are rare and well hope you don't need one.

@kecked you have no idea... he has done this at LPF quite a few times already, and it is always the same old song and dance of where he has a list of stuff to sell, not exactly like in this situation as *his means of repayment* but yet very similar, one time he even ditched his forsale thread leaving everyone wondering WTF.

just now, tonite I was about to send him a PM again, even though all along I have felt that the PMs are worthless and all dealings should be out in front for all to see, otherwise it's all hidden, and somebody might just end up trusting this guy and go sending him money!.

Tonight I was about to send kiyo this but decided to make this public post instead:

OK Folks, I may not be a mega poster here with all the reputation and respects earned with that.
You may even dislike me for posting all this.
I feel that there is no way in hell that this guy is gonna come clean with me so I have nothing to loose...
If even one of you learns from what I have said and does not loose out to this guy then it makes me feel good, keep in mind that he had just won $1000 from that... company that can give you a quick variance - X-Laser?.... Now why in the world would somebody win a nice chunk of cash like that and then ditch on us?

This guy has costed me hours of frustration and worry, not ONE time that I retrusted and dealt with him AGAIN did it NOT take a paypal refund before he finally sent what I had paid for!! and one of those times was exactly as it is as now, ie: his return to society, to make amends.
Oh, wait, I take a bit of that back...
Kiyo, I will give you credit in GB for the 3 sets of PT-30k galvos I got thru you, it went pretty well, yet it did have a bit of drama, not much... And I tipped you, did anyone else?

Kiyoukan you kill the buzz in this hobby, you lowered my trust in people and from what I have read others feel likewise, you are now a Set Example here.
I had to tell you about how your numbers in your own GB thread don't even make sense! WTF!

I admit, I am one of those "if you continue and get screwed the third time then it's your own damn fault" people, I give in way to easily and hope that it all works out well in the end.

It surprises me that when I type on google kiyoukan and then follow it with an s, that the word scam does not autocomplete! ...yet...

I read all this again and it is way too short, this is pissing me off that every year or so that I have to type like this! One of my friends was amazed at the amounts of money that I have entrusted to that evil internet.

Okay all packages have shipped.
So they should hit your mailboxes around Wednesday or Tuesday.
And cdbeams due to how close maybe saturday...
And the UK one about a week so friday... not super sure sometimes fast sometimes slow.
Sorry finals had me busy guys and the money that was sent to me for shipping and transferred to my bank got eaten up by a bill that pulled my bank account into the neg and got me a pesky overdraft fee. But that is all good now. few more things to work out then i got about 300$ to send off to people who bought mounts.
I know this is taking its good old time but i dont want to rush anything.
Also HUGE thanks to DTR who bought up all my hosts and chargers and 100's+ battery's
